The price for translating a text is either based on the source text’s number of words or standard lines. A standard line is 55 characters including spaces. The word or line price is determined by factors that influence the translation time and specialist knowledge required.
The following, in particular, determine the price:
I want to offer my customers reliable pricing that is always transparent and fair. That is why I always have fixed prices in my quote, which means that you do not have to fear any nasty surprises in the form of price increases later on and can reliably calculate your translation costs right from the start. However, the prerequisite for this is that no fundamental changes regarding the size of the job, completion date or other relevant job requirements originally agreed emerge while producing the translation. If the whole text volume is not available yet at the time of your enquiry we will draw up an alternative, just as attractive pricing agreement together.
The prices for proofreading or producing a summary are charged based on an hourly rate.
If you would like a quote, please send me the relevant text by email stating your required completion date and I will prepare a quote and send it to you as soon as possible.
